The Scottish Regiments Officers’ Broadsword by Ammo & Co is a proud emblem of Highland tradition, carried by officers of The Royal Regiment of Scotland and The London Scottish. Handcrafted to British MoD ceremonial specification, this broadsword embodies centuries of regimental heritage, precision, and craftsmanship.

The blade and tang are forged in one piece from steel, hardened and tempered to within 400–500 HV, and polished to a mirror finish. The 830mm blade delivers balance, strength, and ceremonial presence befitting the officers who carry it. The brass guard and pommel nut, both nickel-plated and hand-polished, complement the fish-skin covered wooden grip, bound in three strands of silver-plated wire for a traditional finish.

Each sword is supplied with a 1mm steel scabbard, complete with nickel-plated brass mouthpiece and twin carrying rings. A brown leather scabbard is also available for wear with the Sam Browne belt. The sword’s basket lining features a white superfine interior with scarlet outer edge, bound with blue silk ribbon ties, and finished with a crimson fringe tassel — a hallmark of Scottish regimental dress.
